our projects

Full house design, Reading

We worked sympathetically with the Victorian terrace house, adding original features back in that are true to the period of the home, whilst mixing in modern pieces and vintage mid century furniture to create a calming but contemporary space. We designed this home to function for busy working life with zoned areas that utilise our bespoke carpentry storage and focus on functionality. We designed a scheme of roadmap colours and materials that blend cohesively from room to room, creating spaces that felt unique but connected.

Milk bar, Reading

We created a space that combined reclaimed materials in a contemporary way. We wanted to honour the building's age and past integrity, so sourced reclaimed materials and finishes matched back with industrial furniture and lighting to create this unique bar design. We designed a bespoke lighting plan that takes the space from day to night and totally changes the atmosphere with clever spot lights and feature pendant lighting. We changed the layout to maximise the amount of covers and added in bespoke carpentry banquette seating constructed from reclaimed wood and scaffolding poles. The bar now has an inviting and industrial feel and compliments the original vaulted ceiling and exposed steels.

Printworks Kitchen, Caversham

We added a clean and playful scheme to a new build development apartment kitchen with concrete level matte surfaces, marble accents and graphic artworks. We added warmth through accessorising with different wood textures and added a cohesive use of black finishes and pops of unexpected colour, to bring personality and a lived in feel to a new space.
